Refund & Cancellation Policy:

This policy clearly outlines the terms and conditions under which a guest may cancel a booking, as well as any refund to which they may be entitled.

1. Standard Cancellation Period:

Free cancellation is available up to 2 days (i.e., 48 hours) prior to check‑in.

2. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check‑in will incur a charge equal to 100% of the first night’s tariff. "No‑shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost."

3. Non-Refundable Rates:

Bookings made under the ‘Non‑Refundable Rate’ are not eligible for any refund in the event of cancellation.

4.Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please note that payment processing fees (e.g., 5%) may be deducted.

5.Shortened Stay:

If a guest checks out before their confirmed departure date, the shortened stay will be charged for the entire original booking period, or a minimum fee, at the hotel’s discretion.
